Brentwood Elementary Gifted and Talented Information

The Gifted and Talented (GT) nomination and testing process occurs once a year in the Fall semester. Please read through this flyer (available in English and Spanish) for more information about the nomination process and specific timelines. If you would like to nominate your child for GT testing, please do so by October 16, 2026 using this form. AISD Department of Advanced Academics

The Department of Advanced Academics manages and supports the K-12 Gifted and Talented Program in the school district. Students are nominated for the program in the Fall by a Parent or Teachers. All Second grade students participate in a universal GT screener. Our goal is to provide a variety of learning opportunities for all students.
