Brentwood Families - This form is an opportunity to give feedback regarding your student for class placement next year. This form will only be considered if filled out by a registering/enrolling parent or guardian. If you have multiple students, you will need to fill out the form for each child. 

While we absolutely take parent/guardian feedback into consideration when placing students, we also have many other factors to consider. At Brentwood, all of our staff are highly qualified and will welcome every student into their classrooms. We have the best of the best y'all! 

We do not honor any request for SPECIFIC teachers by name but we do make sure to do our absolute best in making sure students are placed in the environment that will make them the most successful.  

If you have not FULLY enrolled your student, they will not be placed on a class list until registration is fully completed. 

All guardian input must be submitted no later than May 8, 2026.
